It's done. Activision has confirmed Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile will go offline on April 17, 2026, after which the game will no longer be playable in any capacity. The announcement came via Activision's support blog on February 16, with a brief thank you to players before the studio confirmed the final shutdown date.

None of this is shocking. The game was pulled from the App Store and Google Play back in May 2025 after Activision admitted it "did not meet expectations" with mobile-first players, despite solid engagement from PC and console audiences. Servers stayed up for anyone who already had it installed, but new content stopped entirely. April 17 is just the end of the road.

If you've still got COD Points in your Warzone Mobile account, spend them now. Once servers go offline, any unused COD Points will no longer be accessible and refunds are not available for previously purchased content. Your Activision account progression carries over to other COD titles, but Warzone Mobile-exclusive cosmetics will not transfer across.

Call of Duty: Mobile is still fully active and recently launched its Season 2 update with Lunar New Year content , so mobile players aren't left with nothing. It has battle royale, multiplayer, zombies, and a steady content pipeline. Warzone on PC and console also just received its Season 2 update with a refreshed Rebirth Island. There are options.

Two years. That's all Warzone Mobile got. If you've still got it installed, get your last few drops in before April 17.
