Someone at LEGO forgot to lock the door. Images of the unannounced LEGO Jurassic Park Jeep Wrangler (set 77984) surfaced online this week after fans managed to find them sitting on LEGO's own website, hiding in plain sight.

The leak itself is a fascinating little detective story. A prior leak by reliable LEGO leaker lego_minecraft_goat had already shared the set number: 77984. That detail gave internet sleuths enough to reconstruct the official image URLs on LEGO's servers and pull the images before the company made any announcement. A small detail, massive consequences.

The leaked material includes a front view of the box and cropped portions of two lifestyle images showing the vehicle itself. Nothing complete, but plenty enough for the community to get very excited.

What We Know About the Set

Set 77984 is an 18+ build retailing for $199.99, with a UK price of £179.99 and a European price of €199.99. It releases on 15 May 2026.

The Jeep Wrangler is built from 1,924 pieces and recreates the iconic vehicle as seen in Dennis Nedry's escape scene: complete with soft top, winch, and folded antenna. There's also an Isla Nublar road sign included, with matching paleobotany signage.

The set number JP12 on the hood refers to the vehicle numbering used in the park, signifying this is specifically Nedry's escape jeep. For those who grew up watching the 1993 film, that detail alone is a nice touch.

A side build is also included, featuring an Isla Nublar road sign printed with 'East Dock' and
